Avaste Ye! This week is the first part of our PROG POWER UK Special - celebrating the run up to this year's festival (24th - 25th March, Cheltenham). This week and next - we will be bringing you the lowdown on the festival as well as tracks from all the performing artists! As well as this, we have our usual brand of metal madness - this week featuring brand new cuts from THEATRE OF TRAGEDY, LORDI and KATATONIA. Huzzah!

In addition, please head over to our FORUM to discuss the radio show, give feedback and see playlists (and request songs for future shows, should you so desire!)

This show will ONLY be available for streaming until midnight on Sunday (19th Mar) so make sure you listen in time!

METAL MONK RADIO is currently broadcast as a weekly pre-recorded show - available for streaming for a limited period only each week. New broadcasts are available every Monday at 7.30pm. Additionally, we hope to have the radio station online via it's own mini-site very shortly, which will include show details, past setlists and other show related stuff.
